Pa-Pa-Pa Paraaadiiiiiiiise
The
week seemed to start within the usual daily routine at work, until I got an
exiting email early in the morning saying “LAST MINUTE CALL FOR COLDPLAY MONDAY
JULY 9 BUY YOUR TICKETS NOW”. Being one of the best bands in the world, it
seemed like a very tempting idea. Two hours and a couple texts later I bought
the tickets along with other Glenn fellows and we where ready for the concert.
We did not have high hopes on our seats, as the only tickets left were the
cheapest in an area denominated as “ limited
view sitting” which basically meant behind the stage. To our surprise
Coldplay was performing in an open stage for the night with a 360°
view, our cheap seats all of a sudden became front row. The concert atmosphere
was one of the best I have ever seen, every single attendant had a wristband
that had synchronized lighting during the concert and the view was unreal.
Coldplay preformed 21 of their best songs on a full arena at The Verizon
Center. This has been one of the most memorable concerts I have ever been and it sure has made my summer at DC worth more. I with share
you some of the best moments of the concert in the link below.
